Sony announced and demonstrated new features for the Sony Digital Paper tablet at the ABA Tech Show in Chicago this month.  The device’s most recent enhancement includes integration and compatibility with new version of Worldox Web 2.0, which provides browser-based mobile access to Worldox GX4 content.

Sony Digital Paper continues to gain acceptance in the legal market, for reading and annotating legal documents and as a “yellow pad replacement” for handwritten notes.  The Digital Paper is thin, lightweight, and optimized for reading and annotating full page documents. The device’s touch panel enables users to operate the menu or turn pages by simply touching the screen. Using the included stylus, individuals can write fluidly and directly on the panel, and also easily highlight and erase text, for a familiar and comfortable writing experience.

Sony Digital Paper has a list price of $799 and for a limited time professionals who purchase Digital Paper will receive a six-month free subscription to Worldox Web 2.0, a $180 value. Worldox Web 2.0 compatibility requires Worldox GX4 for any mobile device. Baker+Cadence Solutions is an authorized reseller for Sony Digital Paper.
