To make the most of your Worldox document management system the people responsible for maintaining and supporting the software should have a good understanding of the administrative functions, underlying theory and operation of the software and a working knowledge of the more advanced features in order to facilitate greater utilization of the software within your organization. The purpose of this class is to provide Worldox administrators and your software support staff with increased knowledge in these areas.

The class will be presented by Mike Crouch. Mike has 15 years of practical Worldox experience and has implemented Worldox in hundreds of law firms, legal departments and businesses. He has also designed, implemented and supported local and wide area networks for over 25 years.   Our goal is to utilize this experience to show how Worldox can best be utilized to address the document management challenges in your firm.
