We received some big news – NetDocuments announced their acquisition of Worldox!

We are excited to see these two leading document and email management solutions merge together.  Although Worldox is now a NetDocuments company, it will continue to operate uninterrupted. Executives from both organizations have established a “customer-first” approach.  Josh Baxter, the CEO of NetDocuments stated, “Going forward, our focus will be integrating Worldox customers onto our cutting-edge platform at their own pace, while delivering on our commitment to all of our customers through continual innovation on the NetDocuments platform.

Q&A:

Question: Is there a date when Worldox will not be offered any longer?
Answer: No, NetDocuments plans to continue to operate Worldox as a separate business, however, we encourage you to learn about the NetDocuments cloud system as an alternative DMS.

Question: Can we continue to order additional Worldox licenses?
Answer: Yes, but on needs-basis and working with Baker Cadence and NetDocuments sales.

Question: Will the Worldox organization continue to be headquartered in New Jersey?
Answer: Yes, the organization will continue to reside in New Jersey and most of the staff will be staying with NetDocuments.

Question: Can Worldox Cloud clients transition to NetDocuments?
Answer: Yes, Worldox Cloud clients will be encouraged to migrate to the NetDocuments cloud system at similar subscription pricing.

Question: How can we get a demonstration of the NetDocuments system for our firm?
Answer: You can request demonstrations and quotes through Baker Cadence Solutions, as we are an existing Platinum-level partner of NetDocuments.
