Time flies…

We’re coming up on our 2 year anniversary of becoming a NetDocuments Platinum Partner!

Over the last several months, we’ve assisted many of our clients with the transition from Worldox, Windows Folders, iManage, eDocs, etc. to NetDocuments. We’ve gained valuable knowledge throughout our experience thus far, and wanted to share a few things we’ve learned since adding NetDocuments to our portfolio.

What we’ve learned…

• We’ve fine-tuned our process and know how to best configure each firm’s NetDocuments system to make the transition smooth and ensure successful end-user adoption.
• The transition is not as scary as it seems! Moving to a new DMS can be a daunting task, but that’s not the case with NetDocuments. Plan on a NetDocuments implementation taking 60-90 days for completion.
• You can still work during the transition! We strategize the migration schedule to minimize interruptions – resulting in little to no downtime.
• End-user training is paramount to encourage best practices!

• 22+ years of DMS experience. We are a NetDocuments Platinum Level Partner.
• We know Worldox inside and out, which is an advantage when assisting with a Worldox to NetDocuments transition.
• We have a dedicated team of consultants and experienced trainers.

  • Add-in feature to NetDocuments that streamlines the process of gathering and organizing a set of documents (a Set). After creating a Set, it is possible to combine all the documents into a single, hyperlinked PDF file, ready for digital distribution. A Set can be created from scratch or cloned from a previously created Set.
  • SetBuilder also tracks the status of every Set and provides quick access to a library of previously finalized Sets.
• CollabSpaces
  • Allow you to share and collaborate on documents, stored in NetDocuments, with people outside your firm – whether they are clients or other third parties.
  • CollabSpaces allow you to keep all of the documents you need to share securely inside NetDocuments, without being forced to first download or copy those documents to a different platform or to attach those documents to an email.
  • CollabSpaces allow you to share documents in a way that is consistent with how you already work and organize your content: inside workspaces and matters.
